When will my order be shipped ?
*Usually all orders received before cut-off time of 10:00 AM, are shipped on the same day, all orders placed     after
cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday        with be
shipped the following business day. USPS is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier"     can be
selected in special cases.

How much Shipping would I be charged ?
*Orders up to $50 are charged flat shipping of 7.99
All orders over 50 and up to 99.99 are charged 9.99 shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Orders over $100 are shipped Free via ground under Free shipping promotion.

How do I buy Insurance ?
*Your package comes prepaid & insured with tracking number/ delivery confirmation. Please feel free to         
contact us if you think you need extra insurance.

What if I want to use my shipping account Instead ?
*Expedited, Overnight, alternate carriers and other special delivery requests  can be made over the Phone @     
631-414-7497.

How do I know my items have been shipped ?
*All Packages are shipped with Tracking Information. All orders are notified Tracking via email but you can     also
call us @ 631-414-7497 to get shipment status and your tracking info.

Signature Confirmation
*Signature Confirmation is used for the USPS orders; unless the customer email's Gems Couture and               
authorizes in writing that no signature is required.

International/ Canada Shipping
*Note: All international customers including Canada, please select shipping mode as International Shipping        
while placing your order, add your Zip code/city and update your cart to reflect actual shipping charges We use
UPS to ship international and shipping is calculated based on your zip code and quantity.
